A: Most items are vegan (soaps, oils, salts, teas, tinctures). Shea butter is plant-based.
If any item contains beeswax or honey, it will be clearly labeled.

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. However, everyone’s skin is different — we always recommend doing a small patch test before full use.

Q: Do your products contain synthetic fragrances?

Handmade Soap

Q: How long do your soaps last?
A: On average 3–4 weeks with daily use. Keeping them dry between uses will help them last longer.

Q: Are your soaps moisturizing?
A: Yes — they’re made with nourishing oils and butters that cleanse gently without stripping your skin.

Shea Butter

Q: What is your shea butter used for?
A: It’s perfect for dry skin, eczema-prone skin, stretch marks, and overall deep hydration. It can be used on the body, hands, feet, and even as a natural hair moisturizer.

Q: Is it scented?
A: We offer both scented and unscented varieties depending on your preference.

Herbal Tinctures

Q: How do I use your tinctures?
A: Most tinctures can be taken by placing drops under the tongue or mixing them into water or tea.

Loose-Leaf Teas

Q: How do I brew your tea?
A: Typically 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water, steeped for 5–10 minutes. Each blend has specific instructions on the package.

Sugar Scrubs

Q: How often should I use your sugar scrubs?
A: 2–3 times per week is ideal for smooth, exfoliated skin.

Q: Can sugar scrubs be used on the face?
A: Some can, some shouldn't — face skin is more delicate. Please check the product description or ask us if you're unsure.

Body Oils

Q: Are your body oils greasy?
A: No — our oils absorb beautifully into the skin, leaving it soft and moisturized without feeling heavy.

A: Apply after showering, while your skin is still slightly damp, for maximum absorption.

Bath Salts

Q: Can they be used in a foot soak?
A: Absolutely — they’re great for a relaxing foot bath.

Labels

We are transitioning labels. To minimize waste we will use all old labeling until it is finished. The label maybe changing but the product isn’t. Your label maybe matte, have 8oz vs 12/16oz and www.brittneyrriddick.com on them.

Q: How long do your products last?

• Soaps: 1 year+

• Shea butter: 6–12 months

• Oils: 6–12 months

• Scrubs: 6 months (keep water out!)

• Bath salts: 1 year

• Tinctures: Up to 2 years

• Loose-leaf tea: Best within 1 year

A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local Pickup:
Select MEET at checkout to remove the shipping fee. You will receive a local Target address for pickup on Sunday. All meet-ups take place at local Target locations.

Local Delivery (Maryland Only):
Orders will be delivered to the address provided and left in a gift bag near your front door or mailbox (if it fits).

Shipping Schedule

• Meet-Up & Local Delivery Orders:
  Must be placed by Friday at 5:00 PM for Sunday fulfillment.

• Shipping Orders:
  Must be placed by Saturday at 5:00 PM and will ship on Monday.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of personal-care items, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
