Adults take 10-20 drops, in a small amount of water max of 3 times daily. Shake well before use.

Tea- Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried loose leaf herbs per cup of water. For a stronger flavor, you can adjust the amount as desired.
Steep: Place the herbs in a tea infuser, tea ball, or directly in your teapot or cup. Pour the hot water over the herbs and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the flavor and therapeutic properties.
Store away from children.
